”Aha...Honorea. That's it.”
But Unaliari was more-so saying this to herself, as the elf had inserted the information in the middle of her sentence with Rio. She gladly took the drink he offered, and, after tipping it in his direction as a sort of “cheers”, she downed a few gulps herself. Unaliari was placing her mug back down on the table when Mio shook her cup at her and Honorea.
"So what about the two of you? Y'all know each other? Seems like quite a coincidence!"
Unaliari shrugged.
“Small world I guess. Had no idea they'd be here. I'm just out to collect some materials...straight from the countryside preferably, but I at least hear the shops are worth taking a look in. Can't really trust other people's works, though. Gotta make things yourself to be able to rely on them.”
She didn't bother mentioning the fact that she meant her alchemy – it was an everyday affair in her life, and she spoke as though it was such for everyone else. She might have continued on about the finer points of alchemy, but happened to catch sight of the silent, staring sailors.
“Uh...Rio. Maybe you should close the bar for the night...”

Honorea watched Rio slide over a glass of ale, made from his book. While she tasted the ale (she wasn’t one for such things), she listened to Mio talk about the sunshine and her travels. Then, she glanced around the room, to realize that many of the men were staring in their direction. It was then that she realized Unaliari was discussing purchasing ingredients for her potions.
“Uh...Rio. Maybe you should close the bar for the night...”
Honorea looked around at her fellow table-mates.
“Or we could at least retire to the upper deck, where we might not be looked upon so strangely”
She began to get up to clear her bowl away, figuring either the others would do the same, or she would get back to gazing across the waters by herself.

“Uh...Rio. Maybe you should close the bar for the night...”
Rio was already working on it.
"Can any of you draw?"
The young man flipped through his book in a panic then found what he was looking for.
"Never mind..."
Honorea stood up to leave and so did Rio.
"Honorea don't leave we won't be bothered in a second. I'll be right back."
Rio didn't mind having the attention. That wasn't the problem. It was the negative attention he was going to get for causing trouble in their town that he didn't want. Rio stepped out of the cabin and shut the door behind him. It was dark now so he slid to a place he knew he would be hidden. He waited just a couple minutes to make it seem like he went to a different part of the ship. While he waited he produced two kegs full of ale from his book. Rio stepped down to the door dragging the two kegs with him. He slammed open the door and made an announcement to the cabin.
"Gentlemen I'm sorry, but I've been holding out on you. I have two kegs of ale I was bringing over for trade, but I've just reunited with some old friends. Ale's on the house. Let's have a party!"
Rio picked up the one keg and slammed it down and then turned around and did the same to the other. The cabin burst into a cheer. Rio walked back over to his table and sat down. Rio got a couple slaps on the back, but he figured they would be more preoccupied with drinking then keeping an eye on his friends.

As Rio sat back down, he would notice that there was now nobody next to him. Mio was already in the midst of the other sailors, standing on top of one of the kegs, mug high in the air.
"Alright! Party!"
Momentarily, she plopped herself back down next to Rio, slamming down two overflowing flagons onto the table. She looked around, as if something just popped into her head.
"Ah, sorry... guess I should have brought some for someone else, too."

“Or we could at least retire to the upper deck, where we might not be looked upon so strangely”
Unaliari followed Honorea's lead and gathered up her bowl, mug and bag.
"Some fresh air would be nice right about now."
The crowded noise and stale air was enough to drive her back up to face the dreaded waters. She glanced back at Rio, who had remedied the situation...for now at least.
"Looks like those two can handle this lot. One moment..."
Unaliari snuck in a refill on her mug, downed about half of it, then filled it back to the brim.
"Now we can go."
She walked back over to rejoin Honorea.

"Some fresh air would be nice right about now."
Honorea glanced back to see Unaliari cleaning her stuff up as well. Mio was indulging in Rio's new additions to the ale, and seemed to have taken a liking to him as well, seeing as she only brought a mug for him.
"Looks like those two can handle this lot. One moment..." "Now we can go."
Honorea was glad to have some company, especially since she didn't want to stick around for when the sailors were all drunk and ready to have too much fun.
"Ha. Sure you don't want to stay and enjoy the party with these two? She sure seems like she can keep a party going."
Honorea looked over to see Unaliari catching back up to her.
"Hopefully the clouds will allow us to have a good look at the stars and night sea tonight. The sea wind always brings me such peace."
She opened the door, stepping aside for Unalairi to take her lead.

Rio downed his own mug of ale and created the same mug right in the same place (The ale inside seemed to refill instantly). He watched as both Unaliari and Honorea left for the deck.
"I guess it's just us. So tell me more about yourself. You must have had quite a trainer to be able to carry that axe around."
He pointed to the large axe leaning against the wall.

Mio shrugged. "Not much to tell. My dad spent most of his life just wandering around, seeing what he could see, doing whatever he wanted. So a few years ago I decided I'd try it out myself. I just go wherever I feel like, pick up odd jobs to keep myself fed--nothing really to it."
By now she was slowing her pace somewhat in regards to the ale, though she had already emptied one of her cups. When he indicated the axe, she glanced back at it.
"That's thanks to Nii-san. At least, that's my nickname for him--daddy taught me it. It means brother, but he's really more of an uncle. I've trained with him since before I can remember."
She laughed. "Though I guess 'Nii-san' doesn't mean anything to you. His name's Trunks, so if you ever happen to meet him, tell him you know me!"

Unaliari nodded in thanks as Honorea held the door for her. Out on deck, she turned her attention skyward, marveling at the countless dots of light that greeted her. Only a few scattered formations of cirrus clouds claimed the sky, and once the sun had set, they were scarcely visible at all.
"Much better out here."
Unaliari would follow Honorea to wherever she wished to venture on the deck, though she would be keeping her distance from the railings.

Honorea followed behind Unaliari as they walked out on deck. After the sets on the sea, the main thing you see on the water is blackness. The reflection of the moon on the water made for a nice view of some of the ocean ripples, but not as much as she would have liked. Honorea walked up to the railing, leaning on it with both arms, and sighed.
"Much better out here"
“Being on the water makes me miss home. The waterfalls gave me a feeling of safety that I did not cherish until it was gone. Anyways, are you really only coming to this island for materials, or do you have another incentive? Well, instead of questioning your motives, perhaps I should instead ask what your materials are for, potions perhaps?”
