Dota fell free and Trunks took off to give himself some space before he made his return attack. He then turned and found himself flying into an on coming ice spear. His right arm crossed his body and a gray fog surrounded his clenched fist. The trailing mist quickly faded revealing Trunks holding on tightly to Tapion's sword. With a quick swing he sliced into the projectile, disintegrating it.
Next, he focused on her. Trunks raced toward her with his sword in attack position.

Dota came to a stop in the air just in time to see Trunks destroy her ice with his sword. Reflexively, she started to reach for Lord Alistar's morph orb, but stopped. Her Dark Angel Proof blade was a good finisher, but it would be foolish for Dota to engage in an extended battle with a practiced swordsman.
Trunks flew towards her with his weapon drawn back. Dota put up her ice arm as though to block with it, but instead of letting the metal meet the elemental appendage, she used her wings to propel herself backwards at the last possible second, just out of range. Her hand shot forward, palm open as she sent a much more concentrated burst of spears at Trunks.

Trunks missed her arm and let out a grunt as if someone just punched him in the gut. He was completely off balance so when she sent the spears at him there wasn't a lot that he could do.
The Saiyan Prince managed to get his sword back up awkwardly to block the more vital areas, but ice ripped through his back, wings, arms, and legs.
The pain was intense and he hadn't been hurt like that in a while. His aura picked up, swirling around him. Bolts of energy raced across his body. In an explosion of energy the transformation was complete.
His golden hair stood above his head and his wings had vanished from his back. With both hands he held his sword tight.
"I didn't realize playtime was over."
Trunks let go of the sword with his right hand and summoned her forward. The next move was hers.

Somehow, Dota still had her arm. Her attack flew and struck Trunks, taking satisfactory bites out of various parts of his body, though she knew he could handle it. In response, he began to transform, which might not have been too surprising, but when the light had cleared she noted that his wings were missing. Dota assumed that he had merely hidden them, a practical move (though who might have taught him that ability was a mystery to her). Dota was proud of what Trunks had accomplished over time, even if she never outright said so, yet seeing him sans-wings and in a state familiar to when she had first met him brought on a welcome nostalgia that the Ice Goddess was weak to.
"I didn't realize playtime was over."
"Well, finish putting your toys away and you can play 'adult'. Good job putting these away..."
She motioned to her back while addressing him in a congratulatory motherly tone.
"...So now you can put that back in the toy chest."
She nodded towards his sword before sliding back into a readied stance.
Trunks had made it clear that it was her move, which was not what she wanted -- she wanted the opportunity to respond to his weapon. Though her eyes were on him, her attention was reserved for the sword. If she could get in close, she might be able to make its use inconvenient, but she'd have to get there first. She leaned her weight to the left as though to attack from that direction, but paused before a slight shift to the right. What was the best way in? She decided to charge in around his left side such that she'd be coming in beside/behind his current sword arm. At their current position (subject to change in an instant), it would take an odd backwards swing to strike her. She flew in with the intention to knee him in the side, but he had her wary enough that she wouldn't be blindly committing, which meant that her attack, even if it landed, would be less than 100%.

"...So now you can put that back in the toy chest."
Ok. He'd put the sword away... for now.
Dota came in from the side and Trunks didn't move. He swayed as if he was reacting her her choosing which way to attack but when she finally came in for the knee to his side he was very much like a statue. Until the very last moment. His image flickered and the sword dropped from his hands. Gravity took over as the sword fell until it embedded itself into a boulder on the ground below. Meanwhile, the Saiyan's image finally solidified. His hands were were layered over her outstretched knee. He was slightly hunched over which put her head in perfect position. He pulled his head back and slammed it into the direction of her nose.

Dota had assumed that Trunks would not make this easy, so it came as no shock when his form flickered from sight. What did surprise her was when he let the sword fall free, but she didn't have time to analyze this much as Trunks was quick to reappear and catch her knee. As more of an instantaneous reflex than actual realization of what he was about to do, Dota lowered her head just in time to save her nose...at the cost of her forehead (and hopefully his). She was really going to have to start wearing bladed headgear. This hurt. It always did. And everyone insisted on doing it.
The force was enough to bat her down out of the sky, but before she hit the ground, an explosion of crimson light encircled her. From it, a dozen tendrils of light whipped around, some pushing against the ground to stop her collision, and others streaking through the air to keep any would-be attackers at bay.
The light and tendrils both faded slowly as Dota steadied herself. A trail of blood snaked its way down her face as she glared up at the saiyajin prince. Her eyes flashed a similar color, but the light was gradually being obscured by a faint black mist that sparked with small bolts of red lightning. In fact, her entire body was being swallowed into the dark fog, which rippled and billowed around the ice goddess's body until it built a larger humanoid frame around it. Rather than the fog dissipating, it melted into the form of a woman with red eyes, long flowing black hair and black dress to match. She had various jeweled adornments on her head, hands and around her neck. Many knew of Omega, some had seen her, but very few had ever witnessed the exact moment she overtook her host.
She grinned with a bloodlust Dota had been lacking. Without an introduction, Omega swung her arm and a long single whip of blood-red light snapped up at Trunks. She wondered if he'd be arrogant enough to think he could block it without having an appendage severed.
Color code is "dark red" for Omega

A smile came to his face as Dota fell to the ground, although, it quickly vanished when the crimson light surrounded her. That energy... he'd felt it before. Omega! There wasn't a lot that scared Trunks any more, but she was one of those things. Regardless of his fear he needed to rid her of this place.
Trunks summoned his sword with his right hand. Despite being stuck in the rock it easily flew to his owner's grasp. He hovered his left hand over the blade. As he did it transformed into a pearly white. The white gem in the center shone bright white. For once it had little indication of needing to feed off the power of the user, instead it seemed to lust to come in contact with her. The transformation of his sword completed at the same time the whip of energy came slicing through the air. For a split second his pride wanted to block the attack, but instinct took over and he twisted his body in the air so that the whip cut through the air in front of him.
If there was going to be a chance to defeat her now would be it. So when the energy had passed he chased after it. His sword was drawn back. Both hand were wrapped tightly around the grip. When he arrived at his opponent he would let out a barrage of cuts much like his Grandfather had done to Freiza so many years ago.

Omega had hoped to bait Trunks in with her wide swing. It worked, and he charged her, the over-sized blade in tow. She pulled the arm controlling the crimson whip of light back so that it drew a horizontal line just in front of her then threw up her free hand against it. The light instantly flattened into a large shield, mostly transparent but with a noticeable red glow wherever it covered. His first swing hit, and a white flash washed over the shield then rippled back towards its origin. The shield cracked. The next swing was quick to follow, and the shield flashed and cracked more. Though she didn't know why this was happening, Omega knew to abandon her position. She pushed off of the shield just before letting it shatter, falling back far enough such that when it gave out she was out of reach of the blade.
"Oh hoh? Where did you find such a dangerous toy?"
Though she might not know the true function of the sword's powers, the initial reaction between it and her shield was enough to intrigue her. It wasn't often that someone bested her powers (that was probably false, but in her mind...).
A long staff materialized in Omega's right hand, the orb atop matching the color of her eyes. Dota had often wielded this staff in her younger years with an emerald orb, though these days she rarely called upon it. Omega was going to need this conduit to enhance and channel her powers if she was going to put Trunks in his place quickly. She tilted the orb in his direction, and the air around him in a ten foot radius began glow a crimson hue. There would be a few seconds before random sparks of lightning began to shoot from one side of the sphere to the other in short bursts. If they touched anything, they would persist and attract more of their kind to follow before exploding.

Trunks pushed through with each swing. The fact that he was cracking the shield was much more than he expected. Omega finally backed away which gave him the opportunity to change his stance. With some fancy hand work he spun the sword around. Ignoring her comment Trunks pulled back ready to thrust the sword toward her abdomen when the all too familiar staff was pointed in his direction. He expected some sort of blast or bolt, instead he found himself surrounded by a sphere of energy.
His first instinct was to get the heck out of there, but assumed the ball would just follow him. Kyuuseisha pulsed with the first bolt of lightning. Then again with the second. He looked at the sword like he was talking to an old friend.
"Yes, sir."
Trunks twisted his blade around once again and jammed the blade into the dirt below him. Trunks ducked below the sword. After several bolts sparked through the air without hitting anything the first bolt finally hit the bottom of the handle. With that the energy attacked the sword like a pack of rabid wolves. One after another struck the sword until finally there was a crack of thunder and a bright light.
The Saiyan thought for sure he was going to be blown into the ground leaving just a puddle of his remains, but the sword acted as a vortex absorbing the energy into itself. The bright white gem in the center of the blade faded quickly to a dark gray hinting at the color red. Despite his ears ringing and eyes struggling to focus after the bright light, Trunks stood and ripped the sword from the ground. He focused on the evil energy that emanated from Omega and pointed the blade in that direction. He fired the blade one handed releasing a blast of holy energy. The explosion on anything it hit would be equal to blast that it just absorbed.
Trunks didn't have time to see what his attack did, if anything. The blast from the sword threw him back onto the ground.

Omega calmly lowered herself to the ground as she watched her attack detonate. Trunks had braced himself against the earth and the sword before the energy eclipsed him. Her ebony hair blew in the wind, but she noticed for a moment that it shifted directions, as though being sucked in towards the center. This was interesting...
She was aiming the orb once more in his direction with the intention of sending just enough energy to test the results when Trunks made his counter attack. A bright white energy tore through the air at her. There was an explosion as it met her, though whether she had managed to conjure up a hasty shield in time was hard to tell.
The light died down, and as the dust settled, the staff clattered to the ground. Omega no longer had a right arm...or shoulder. A black mist swirled in place of blood. Within the dark fog, the petite frame of Dota was only just barely visible for a moment. The mist began to entwine into a replacement that became her dress and flesh once more.
"Ah...Trunks."
She sighed in an exasperated tone as she flexed the fingers a few times.
"Really, now."
She used the newly formed fingers to fix her hair.
"It's a wasted attack if you blow yourself away, too."
She spoke as she walked towards where he had fallen. The staff lifted itself and followed after her, arriving at her hand as she stopped in front of him. Though she made no move of her own, she was prepared for him to lash out at any given moment.
"I know. Why not let me take you as a student? It's the least I could do, since I owe you and your family so much."
She smirked, the offer clearly in part a mockery of his relationship with Dota.
